Site use
teobouancheau.com is a personal site published by Teo Bouancheau, entrepreneur individuel, based in Lyon, France. It presents work, articles, services and digital products. Reading it is free and requires no account. These terms apply to every visitor; by using the site, you accept them.
Articles, newsletters and other resources are general information. They are not advice adapted to your situation, and we do not guarantee that every piece is complete or up to date at the time you read it.
The site links to third-party sites and services that we do not control; their content and their practices are their publishers' responsibility.
Account and licence terms
The site offers no user accounts. Paid products are sold by Polar as merchant of record; the licence attached to them is set out in the terms of sale (/terms-of-sale).
Acceptable use
When using the site, the contact form and the newsletter, you must not:
- subscribe an email address that is not yours or that you are not authorised to use;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its services, or to bypass their rate limits or security measures;
- access the site automatically in a way that ignores robots.txt or degrades the service for other visitors;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
We may block access that breaches these rules.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, code, logos and brands of the site are protected by intellectual property law. Unless stated otherwise, they belong to Teo Bouancheau; third-party content belongs to its owners.
You may quote short extracts for criticism, teaching or information, with the author's name and a link to the source (French Intellectual Property Code, art. L122-5 3° a). Any other reproduction or reuse requires our prior written permission.
Termination for redistribution
Reselling, redistributing, publishing or sharing a paid product, or reproducing the site's content beyond what the law permits, ends any licence you were granted for that content and may lead to legal action for infringement.
Changes, applicable law and contact
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its date. These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live (Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, art. 6(2)). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
